Downtown Group living

The location of this apartment is great. The vaulted ceilings, spacious living areas, and natural light make it nice place to live. Their is no residential elevator which is a bit of a bummer and the laundry isnt free which is unusual for a 4 unit building. Other than that though its a pretty good value for ~1,100 dollars

What You Would Expect

The apartment is very nice and spacious, but I think management is a little disorganized and it is disappointing to pay extra for laundry. However, rent is very cheap for the area and I feel that I get the total value out of my apartment.

Great value

The unit and building are the best location when it comes to living in downtown chicago loop and the west loop. It’s essentially a large loft space with basic amenities. But the location and value of the rental price is the most attractive aspect of living here.
